This product comes as a fit pack and must be fully assembled before use
Assemble mask per user manual instructions
Connect the air tubing to the swivel elbow at the top of the mask
Pull the mask over your head from behind and position on your face
Insert the nasal pillows gently into your nostrils
Adjust the top headgear straps to achieve a secure fit

The pillows should rest securely inside your nostrils without pinching

This product is a fit pack, meaning it comes with multiple cushion sizes so you can find the perfect mask that will stay in place and won't leak. These sizes include small, medium, and large. Great mask for stomach sleepers and great customer service
I love this mask. The one I was using previously covered my whole nose and had the hose attachment on the front, which was awful for me as a stomach sleeper. It was way too bulky and I constantly had to adjust through the night. Additionally, my field of vision was substantially limited while reading or looking at my phone, and the vented air coming straight out and blowing back into my eyes drove me nuts.
This style of mask is exactly what I need to sleep comfortably in any position. It is low profile and I love the freedom of the hose attachment being at the top. I am totally unobstructed if I want to read before bed, look at my phone, get a drink of water, or even watch TV. There is a very small vent on the nose portion, but the majority of air vented is at the top attachment point and out of my face. I can also comfortably wear an eye mask with it as well and everything stays where it should.
Bottom line, I would highly recommend this mask in general, but especially if you are a side or stomach sleeper, or even just a nighttime reader.
That being said, the highlight of my purchase was the incredible customer service. I inquired about their price matching policy because I had seen a different online retailer offering a lower price with a discount code. The CPAP guide team told me they would honor a price match on the other site's discounted pricing and even offered to place the order for me.

Very nice mask
I transitioned from my initial nuance pro mask to this one because I roll over a lot at night and figured the top mounted hose would be better and it is. It takes a little getting used to because the nasal pillows on this one are different than the ones on the nuance pro but it’s a short learning curve and it’s less irritating under my nose compared to the first one which was starting to leave marks
