Using Your Mask for the First Time

Connect the air tubing from your CPAP to the mask elbow
Release elbow from the frame by pulling elbow away from frame
Hold the cushion in place under your nose and over your mouth
Pull the headgear over your head
Adjust the head straps until the mask fits comfortably
Reattach the elbow and hose to complete assembly

Medical Implant Safety

This product does not use magnetic implants to secure the mask into place. Therefore it is considered safe to use for people with pacemakers, insulin pumps, and other medical implant devices.

Finding the Right Mask Fit

This product is a fit pack, meaning it comes with multiple cushion sizes so you can find the perfect mask that will stay in place and won't leak. These sizes include small, medium, medium wide, and large. We suggest testing each cushion size included in your fit pack to ensure you choose the right one. If you mask is creating red marks or leaking air, adjust your head straps first. Then if the problem continues, try a different cushion size.

Choosing the Correct Frame Size

The DreamWear Nasal Mask set is available in three frame sizes, including small, medium, and large. Most people are encouraged to go with the medium-sized frame. Customers with wider faces or broad bone structure should try the large frame. People with petite faces may need to order a size small frame. The following information includes recommended instructions for the general care and maintenance of our CPAP masks. Please review your mask's product manual for further details, including dishwasher safety notes.

Mask Part Replacement Schedule

Cushion: Every 3-6 Months
Frame: Every 3-6 Months
Headgear: Every 6 Months
Complete Mask: Every 12 Months

Disassembling Your Mask

Pull mask elbow away from frame
Gently pull mask frame connector to separate frame from cushion
Undo velcro head straps and pull away from hollow frame

Daily Cleaning

Disassemble mask
Rinse your hollow frame and hang to drip dry
Wipe cushion clean or wash with soap and water
Leave cushion to dry out of direct sunlight
Do not reassemble until mask parts are fully dry

Weekly Cleaning

Disassemble mask completely
Wash hollow frame, elbow, cushion, and headgear in warm water with mild soap
Allow hollow frame and elbow soak fully submerged in warm soapy water
Rinse each component thoroughly
Allow all parts to dry away from direct sunlight or heat
Do not reassemble mask until all parts are fully dry
