1. Personal Data We Collect

Purchasing products and services. When you purchase products or home sleep tests from us, you will provide us with your contact information, shipping information, order information, prescription information and payment information.

Subscribing to our marketing emails. When you subscribe to our marketing emails, you will provide us with your email address.
