1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data from you through the use of our Site and Services. Personal data is information that can be reasonably connected to an individual. Personal data does not include deidentified or anonymized data.

○ Managing and using your account. When you use your account, you may provide us with a copy of your prescription, add payment methods, add addresses to your account, and add other profile information. You may also favorite certain products and add product reviews through your account.
○ Contacting us. If you contact us, we will receive any information your provide us, which may include your name, contact information and any other correspondence or information you provide.
○ Purchasing products and services. When you purchase products or home sleep tests from us, you will provide us with your contact information, shipping information, order information, prescription information and payment information.
○ Subscribing to our marketing emails. When you subscribe to our marketing emails, you will provide us with your email address.

○ Applying for a Job. When you apply for a job, you will provide your name, contact information, employment history, education information and any other information you choose to provide.
b. Personal data we collect automatically as you navigate our Site. We automatically collect certain personal data through your use of the Site and our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, such as:
○ Usage Information . We collect information such as which areas of the sites you access, the frequency of access, and what you click on while using the sites.

a. With vendors and service providers. We may share information with vendors and service providers who:

For example, if you request that we share your information with a health care provider so that you can renew a prescription or obtain a sleep test, we will share the information you provided to us to share.

We use cookies and tracking technology to: (a) estimate audience size and usage patterns; (b) understand and save your preferences for future visits, allowing us to customize the online experience to your individual needs; (c) advertise new content, events and services that relate to your interests; (d) keep track of advertisements and search engine results; (e) compile aggregate data about notifications, traffic and interactions to resolve issues and offer better online experiences and tools in the future; and (f) recognize when you return to our Site.

The technologies used by Google may collect information such as your IP address, time of visit, whether you are a returning visitor, and any referring website. Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA, a free service provided by Google, Inc., to protect our Site [s] from spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA uses advanced risk analysis techniques to decipher humans and bots. Google reCAPTCHA works differently depending on what version is deployed. For example, you may be asked to check a box indicating that you are not a robot or Google reCAPTCHA may detect abusive traffic without user interaction. Google reCAPTCHA works by transmitting certain types of information to Google, such as the referrer URL, IP address, visitor behavior, operating system information, browser and length of the visit, cookies, and mouse movements. Browser Settings - Our Website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. We take industry standard security measures to protect your information. We also have put into place appropriate agreements and/or procedures with our service providers to ensure that your personal data is treated consistent with applicable data privacy and security laws.
