The Resmed AirTouch™ F30i Comfort is the first full face mask with a completely fabric-covered frame. The breathable, moisture-wicking fabric surrounds you at every touchpoint—designed to feel less like medical equipment and more like slipping into your favorite pajamas.

The ComfiSoft™ cushion fuses soft fabric with flexible silicone, while AdaptiSeal™ technology gently contours under your nose to create a secure seal that moves with you throughout the night. A redesigned QuietAir™ vent diffuses exhaled air at just 20 dB, keeping nights peaceful for you and your bed partner.

The flexible top-of-head frame routes tubing away from your face with a 360° quick-release elbow, giving side, back, and stomach sleepers the freedom to move without tangles. Magnetic clips guide the headgear into place with a satisfying click, making setup feel intuitive from the very first fit.

  • Fabric at every touchpoint: Fully wrapped frame plus fabric-lined silicone cushion keeps skin cool and mark-free.
  • Sleep your way: Top-of-head tube and 360° elbow reduce hose drag in any position.
  • Quieter nights: QuietAir™ venting diffuses airflow for soft exhalation without projecting jets of pressure at your partner.
  • Easy on, easy off: Magnetic clips and quick-release elbow make it easy to get in and out of without adjusting your fit.
  • Sizes for more faces: SW, M, L cushion options; SML, STD, LGE frames.

FAQs about the AirTouch F30i Comfort Full Face CPAP Mask

What's the difference between the AirTouch F30i Comfort and AirTouch F30i Clear?

This mask, the AirTouch F30i Comfort, offers the same fabric-lined silicone cushion as the AirTouch F30i Clear—it just also adds a cooling, moisture-wicking fabric wrap around the silicone frame for a soft touch at every point of contact.

The AirTouch F30i Comfort's fabric-wrapped frame, just like the AirTouch F30i Clear's silicone frame, can be interchanged with the AirFit F30i and AirFit X30i, adding another layer of personalization to the F30i/X30i mask family.

Is the AirTouch F30i's cushion interchangeable with my current F30i/X30i setup?

Yes. The AirTouch F30i cushion works with AirFit F30i and X30i frames/headgear. You can keep your frame and headgear—just swap the cushion.

Is the AirTouch F30i good for side sleepers or active sleepers?

Thanks to the top-of-head tubing connection, 360° swivel elbow, and low-profile design with minimal bulk in front of the face, the AirTouch F30i is a great option for any sleeping position and those who change positions often throughout the night.

Does the AirTouch F30i use magnetic clips?

Yes, the AirTouch F30i uses magnetic headgear clips. If you or your bed partner has a pacemaker or other implant that could be affected by magnets, consult with your healthcare provider before using this mask.

How often should I replace my AirTouch F30i cushion?

For the cleanest, most comfortable, most leak-free therapy, we recommend replacing the AirTouch F30i cushion monthly. It can last up to about 3 months, but leaks and discomfort may start to develop between 1-3 months even with regular cleaning.

How do I know what size AirTouch F30i frame and cushion to get?

For most people, the Standard frame size and Medium cushion will provide a comfortable fit. If you typically use small cushions, it may be better to start with the Small-Wide option. Similarly, if you typically use large cushions, you may want to begin with the Large cushion size.

If you generally have a smaller head size, it may be better to start with the Small frame. The same is true if you have a larger head—it may be best to start with the Large frame.

Ultimately, your purchase of this complete CPAP mask is covered by cpap.com's 60-night mask fit guarantee. If your mask size does not work, reach out to our CPAP Guides at 1-800-356-5221 to begin the return process. They will set you up with an appropriately sized AirTouch F30i, or another mask entirely if you'd prefer that instead.

    favorite mask

After trying a few different masks over the years, this is my favorite. It's very comfortable and doesn't blow exhaust out the front like a leaf blower. Does require some fine tuning to avoid leaks due to the shape of my nose.

    Improved sleep quality

It effectively resolves the issues of tossing and turning at night and air leakage while side-sleeping. In particular, with the tubing positioned at the head, you won't be jolted awake by getting tangled in the hose when rolling over—it is a truly excellent design.

more comfortable than full face mask

I had used a full face (over the nose mask) for the last 7 years. This is more comfortable and doesn't cause as much face irritation or a deep crease on the bridge of my nose. I also like the way the hose attaches to the top of the headgear. The top part of the mask can jam up against the bottom of my nose, which can be slightly uncomfortable.

Not suitable for side or stomach sleeping.

The mask is quite comfortable and leaves few-to-no marks. Unfortunately, its design renders it unsuitable for its claimed purpose of working in multiple sleep positions. The pressurized tubes which run down either side of the wearer's face will inadvertently come in contact with the pillow in any position except back sleep, and this contact causes small dislodgements that lead to frequent little air leaks throughout the night. After two weeks of trying to dial in the mask, I finally got so tired of waking up and adjusting the straps multiple times that I decided to replace it with an F20 (not yet tried).

Perhaps a soft down pillow might minimize these somewhat, but in general, of you are an active sleeper, consider choosing a mask without this flawed tube design.
