Seems sturdy.
I just received this brush and have only used it once, but I do like it. I like that there is a brush on both ends and that it is longer than my last brush. The previous brush that I have is larger in diameter and I think is makes better contact with the inside of the hose. So far I like it.

Brush cleaner works great. Fits Resmed 11 tubing well and does not cause damage. Does a nice job of cleaning the tubing.
