The Pilot Flex includes a cable to pair the battery with a Resmed AirMini. All cables for other machines must be purchased separately.

Do cables from my Pilot Lite battery work with the Pilot Flex battery?

No, the Pilot Flex is not backwards compatible with machine cables from the Pilot Lite batteries.

How do I piggyback two Pilot Flex batteries together to increase the capacity?

  1. Insert the yellow tipped end of the DC output cable into the DC-out port of the first battery.
  2. Insert the other end of the DC output cable into the charge port of the second battery.

Which cables will I need to piggyback Pilot Flex batteries together?

  1. If you are using a 12V PAP device such as the Dreamstation, you will need the DC output cable for the Dreamstation to link two Flex batteries together.
  2. If you are using a 24V PAP device such as the ResMed Airsense 10/11, you will need the DC output cable for the Airsense 10 to link two Flex batteries together.

Why is it taking so long to charge the battery using USB-C?

  1. The USB-C port has a maximum input of 45W. Check if your charger and USB-C cable support 45W charging.

How do I connect my Pilot Flex to my CPAP machine?

Why won't my AirMini cable stay connected to the machine?

  1. The AirMini DC output cable sometimes requires extra force to completely connect to the CPAP machine.
  2. Ensure the rubber section of the cable is inserted into the AirMini until the flange on the cable is flush with the CPAP cable port.

Can I charge the Pilot Flex using the USB-A port?

  1. No, the Pilot Flex can be charged using the USB-C port.
