A dense, micro–fiber insert is included in your order for extra padding if desired. General Tips Section The forehead pads can be machine or hand washed and dried (warm water, low heat) To install a Pad A Cheek Forehead Pad on your mask, slide the opening on one end of the Pad A Cheek over the end of the forehead support on the mask. Repeat the same procedure for the other side of the forehead piece. The manufacturer provides the following instruction sheet to assist in installation: Pad A Cheek Instruction Sheet Please note: The additional pad may be colored blue or black.
