It's sometimes easier to take the cushion off of the frame and clean both separately.

Make sure you clean every crevice and curve of the cushion, as sometimes residue can build up in places you may not expect.

If needed, don't be afraid to apply pressure and scrub.

The frame may not need to be cleaned, unless visibly soiled.

If you have one, it's also a good idea to wipe down the forehead pad.
