Weighing in at less than half a pound and measuring about the size of a baseball, the Transcend Micro is redefining convenience and has taken the mantle of “World’s Smallest CPAP” away from the ResMed AirMini. Small yet mighty, the Micro Travel CPAP features automatic pressure adjustments, ramp technology, automatic start/stop, and an adjustable pressure relief setting just like you’d expect from a full-sized unit.

While this list of features is already impressive for a device of this size, what really sets this machine apart from the rest is the convenient drying mode, waterless humidification, near-universal mask compatibility, built-in sound and vibration dampening technology, and the included WhisperSoft Muffler, which helps reduce the noise coming through your CPAP tubing. The 30-minute drying mode is especially helpful when you are going off-the-grid and can’t hang your mask and hose to dry throughout the day. The Micro’s drying mode helps prevent condensation and contamination build-up, which deters the formation of mold, bacteria, and unwanted odors.

Perhaps, most importantly, the Transcend Micro is compatible with virtually any CPAP mask, except for masks that are specifically designed for other machines, such as the AirMini-only masks like the AirFit N30 for AirMini or the AirFit P10 for AirMini . In terms of drawbacks, there are a few to be considered. Mainly, you will need to use the tubing included with the Micro since the end that connects to the device is much smaller than a typical CPAP air outlet.
