Designed to move with you, the ResMed AirFit P10 headgear features a soft rubber adjustment tab with a split back strap, offering additional stability while preserving minimal facial contact.

Find all compatible parts listed here on the AirFit P10 Mask Parts page.

AirFit P10 headgear is often worn out after several months of usage and proper washing and should be replaced regularly to ensure the highest quality of sleep apnea therapy.

While the QuickFit headgear is designed to provide a looser fit for gentle stability and premium comfort, stretched-out elastic headgear doesn't allow the wearer of the ResMed AirFit P10 to achieve the best possible seal, which can lead to pressure quality issues- especially for active sleepers.

This package does not include a mask frame, mask cushion, headgear clips, or mask elbow with QuietAir woven mesh vents. It only contains AirFit P10 Headgear for your P10 nasal pillow mask.

This replacement headgear for the ResMed AirFit™ P10 Nasal Pillow Mask  is available in blue or pink. Both color options of the QuickFit headgear are the same length and width and only differ in color.

Assembly Tips

  1. Lay out your P10 mask frame and headgear. The color on the headgear should be facing inwards.
  2. Locate the buttonhole on the outside of the headgear at either side. It will be near each end of the headgear above the rubber stopper.
  3. Slip the tip of the P10 frame into the buttonhole, then continue pulling the headgear down to the base of the mask frame.
  4. Loop the plastic hook on the frame through the buttonhole, then gently pull the headgear tight away from the frame to ensure a secure fit.
  5. Repeat this process for the other side of your headgear.

Cleaning Tips

ResMed recommends regularly washing the headgear to help keep the headgear from getting stretched out. Here's how to clean your headgear:

  1. Apply a little mild detergent to the headgear, and add a little warm water.
  2. Scrub thoroughly, and then rinse under a running faucet to remove the suds.
  3. Set aside to air dry out of direct sunlight.

FAQs

How often should you replace your ResMed AirFit P10 Headgear?

You should replace your headgear every six months. However, if you notice an increase in discomfort, rips and tears in your headgear fabric, or the need to overtighten your headgear to get a secure seal, then we recommend changing your headgear as soon as you notice these factors.

How do I prolong the lifespan of my AirFit P10 Headgear?

To prolong the lifespan of your CPAP headgear, it’s important to wash it weekly with mild soap and warm water to ensure oils from your skin and hair don’t degrade your fabric quicker than normal. Make sure you allow your headgear to air dry out of direct sunlight before you use your equipment again.

What is the AirFit P10 Headgear made out of?

The AirFit P10 Headgear is made out of 20% Elastane and 80% Polyamide.

Do you need headgear clips for the AirFit P10’s QuickFit Headgear?

No, with the new redesigned AirFit P10 QuickFit Headgear, the separate headgear clips (or Velcro tabs) are no longer needed. Instead, the split back straps allow you to customize your fit by widening it for a looser fit or narrowing it together for a tighter fit.

How should the AirFit P10 Headgear fit?

The elastic headgear is created to provide a customizable fit with a split strap design, resulting in minimal facial contact and a snug but comfortable fit to ensure a secure seal. To tighten your headgear, narrow the space between the headgear back straps. To loosen your fit, widen the back straps apart.
