Provides Helpful Insight on Sleep Behavior

The Garmin Vívosmart 4 monitors your blood oxygen content with an integrated pulse oximeter, even while you’re sleeping. During the night, the device also monitors body movements—like tossing and turning—and tracks when you are getting your deepest sleep. In the morning, you can view sleep data directly on the Garmin Connect mobile app. This information can be useful for your doctor to review at your next appointment.

Tracks Floors and Steps and Sets Fitness Goals Using Machine Learning

In addition to monitoring all activity—including steps, floors, and calories burned—the wrist-based Garmin Vivosmart 4 automatically sets fitness goals based on observed trends. This helps customize activity goals and provide realistic benchmarks, giving you the confidence you need to crush your fitness goals. Additionally, the heart rate monitor tracks activity to determine peak activity.

Body Battery Energy Monitor Measures Energy Level

With the body battery energy monitor, the watch helps compute an energy score to let you know when you are experiencing a burst of energy and when your body would best benefit from rest.

Guided Breathing Exercises Can Help You Stay Calm During High–Stress Moments

Periods of deep breathing can help calm a person down, especially during periods of high stress and anxiety. The Garmin Vivosmart 4 can figure out when you would best benefit from deep breathing exercises and guides you through exercises to help you calm down.

Stylish Design Offers Lightweight, Color Customization, and Alerts Right to Your Wrist

With a slim profile and stylish sports band, the watch is lightweight and available in two colors. Plus, the device provides vibration notifications to alert you to a new text or the latest headlines—right on your wrist!

Superior Battery Run Time Compared to Other Smartwatches

Some smartwatches on the market need to be charged every 24 hours (or less), but the Garmin Vivosmart 4 can track calories, fitness activity, stress levels, breathing patterns, and total activity for a full seven days before needing the next charge. (Note: Using the blood oxygen sensor overnight can reduce battery run time.)

Offers Premium Insights But Cannot Diagnose or Treat Any Condition

While the Garmin Vivosmart 4 does provide insight about your health, it is not intended to diagnose or treat any illness or condition, including sleep apnea, and should not be used as a substitute for any advice from a medical professional.
