New from Airway Management, the
Morf Nasal Mask
seeks to give you the best fit of your life using a customizable design that allows it to adapt to the unique contours of your face. Unlike other CPAP masks, which require regular cushion replacements, the Morf Nasal Mask is the world’s first personalized-fit nasal mask and can be custom-tailored to your face in under ten minutes with its silicone-free, moldable seal.
Moldable, Reformable, Boil-and-Fit Design
The Morf uses a boilable, moldable seal to find the perfect fit for your unique facial contours. In less than ten minutes, you can boil, cool, then form the mask’s seal to your face for a perfect fit every time. Simply repeat the molding process whenever you need a fresh seal and your Morf mask will adapt back to your face shape every time.
Long-Lasting Parts Means Fewer Replacements
Tired of paying for multiple replacement cushions every year? With the Morf mask, the seal is part of the mask itself. Instead of paying for new parts at different intervals throughout the year, simply replace your Morf mask once annually and you’re set! Just keep up with the same daily maintenance you would with any other mask and you won’t need to worry about ordering replacement parts ever again.
Skin-Safe, Silicone & Latex-Free
Perfect for anyone with silicone or latex allergies, the Morf nasal mask uses a proprietary moldable material called ThermAcryl, which has been used for years to make moldable mouthguards and oral appliances for sleep apnea therapy. The seal is firm, but not hard, when cooled, so that it retains a good level of comfort and adaptability without digging into your skin when you change sleeping positions.

6-12 months - whole mask and headgear
Remove the headgear from the mask frame.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then transfer it to a bowl that will fit the mask seal.
Holding your mask by the tubing, fully submerge the white seal of your Morf mask. Be careful not to let the tubing dip into the hot water.
Keep the seal submerged for about a minute. You’ll know it’s time to pull it out when the white seal has become clear.
Remove the seal from the water once clear, then shake off any excess water.
Wait two minutes for the seal to cool.
Lying on your back, use two hands to align the seal with the center of your face, then press down gently but firmly so that the seal makes full contact with your face. The forehead support bar should also be making contact with your forehead to ensure a proper fit.
Continue pressing the mask gently into your face for five minutes while the seal cools and forms to fit your face. Once the seal returns to its original white coloring, you can remove it from your face.
Reattach the headgear.
Using a mirror, adjust the top straps of your mask first, then the bottom. Go back and forth between the two until you feel that you have a firm but comfortable seal.
If you experience excessive mask leaks, follow these steps to repeat the molding process from the beginning.
From here, you’re free to connect your tubing and CPAP machine to begin therapy. You can also repeat this molding process as needed to keep a reliable and comfortable seal.
If you have difficulties during the fitting process, this video tutorial may help.
Ensure forehead support is touching the forehead. Refit and press in areas if leaks occur during fitting.
