Using Your Mask for the First Time

Please note this assembly kit does not include headgear
Attach headgear clips to your mask cushion frame
Hold the cushion in place under your nose
Pull the headgear over your head
Adjust the head strap pull tab and split tail straps until the mask feels secure
Attach mask short tube to CPAP hose

Medical Implant Safety

This mask does not contain magnetic clips. This means it is safe for people with pacemakers, insulin pumps, and other medical implants.

Mask Safety Features

The mask has two main safety features, exhaust vent holes and anti-asphyxia valves, which ensure normal breathing and proper exhalation. Avoid blocking these vents to maintain safety and therapy quality. Regularly inspect these areas to ensure they remain undamaged and free of obstructions.

Choosing the Correct Cushion Size

The AirFit N30 mask is available in three cushion sizes, including small, medium, and small wide. Please see our mask sizing guide for details on choosing the correct cushion size. If you have larger facial features, it may be best to choose a different nasal mask, such as they AirFit N30i or N20.

Care & Cleaning Notice

The following information includes recommended instructions for the general care and maintenance of our CPAP masks. Please review your mask's product manual for further details, including dishwasher safety notes.

Mask Part Replacement Schedule

Cushion: Every 3-6 Months
Headgear: Every 6 Months
Complete Mask: Every 12 Months

Disassembling Your Mask

Pull mask's short tube away from CPAP hose
Gently pull mask frame connector to separate frame from cushion
Unhook head strap from each wing of the mask frame

Daily Cleaning

Disassemble mask
Wipe cushion clean or wash with soap and water
Leave cushion to dry out of direct sunlight
Rinse short tube in warm water
Short tube to drip dry
Do not reassemble until mask parts are fully dry

Weekly Cleaning

Disassemble mask completely
Wash mask frame, short tube, cushion, and headgear in warm water with mild soap
Allow hollow short tube to soak in warm soapy water
Rinse each component thoroughly
Allow all parts to dry away from direct sunlight or heat
Do not reassemble mask until all parts are fully dry

The AirFit N30 is a nasal mask and the AirFit P10 is a nasal pillow mask. Nasal masks like the AirFit N30 have a soft, under-the-nose cradle while the AirFit P10 uses flexible nasal pillows with dual-wall technology.

How do I size the AirFit N30?

Can I replace the AirFit N30 nasal cushion?

Of course! In fact, it’s encouraged since cushions collect dirt, bacteria, and oils from your face. Your nasal cushion should be replaced every three to six months or sooner if it has visible damage or is no longer providing a quality seal.
