Care and cleaning, simplified

For best results, use room‑temperature distilled water only and avoid additives like oils or perfumes, which can affect materials and humidification output. Wipe the tub daily and dry it out of direct sunlight; wash weekly with warm water and mild detergent. The standard chamber is not dishwasher safe—hand‑wash only.

  • Empty the tank before moving your device.
  • Rinse well and air‑dry fully between uses.
Set up right, sleep right

Place your machine on a level surface below head height to help prevent water from reaching the mask or tubing. Do not power on without the tank installed; if you’re not using water, keep the tank in place and set humidification to 0 to protect the motor and maintain proper airflow.

    It works just as expected.

    The water tank arrived on time according to the shipping and tracking info. It is new and clean and fit and worked as expected. It was nice to have a new one, as I had waited to replace the old one for too long, and even with the times I cleaned the old one, the new one is much better and free of the hard water material that the old one had.
