Get a full battery charge in just four hours and a lasting capacity of up to four full nights of CPAP use with the EXP48 Pro Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Bank. With the EXP48, you can spend less time charging your CPAP battery and more time enjoying the outdoor activities you love.

Charges Three Times Faster Than Standard CPAPBatteries

Recharges from 0% to 100% in just 4 hours with a lasting capacity of 4 full nights of CPAP use! Spend less time charging your CPAP battery and more time on the outdoor activities you love. The EXP48 Pro is the perfect battery solution to take back control of your sleep apnea therapy during a power outage, too.

Powers a Variety of Household Items

Charge all your devices at once with one battery system! The EXP48 features four ports so you can charge a tablet or smartphone alongside powering your CPAP device: a DC Cable, two standard USB Ports, and one next-generation USB C port, also known as a lightning port.

Lightning-Fast Recharging

With over 2 amps of extra power for each USB port, your devices will charge 300% faster than traditional USB ports. In the time it takes to watch a movie, the USB ports on the EXP48 Pro will give all your devices the power needed for a full battery.

Uses Your Machine's DC Charger

The EXP48 Pro does not include any DC cables to connect your CPAP to the battery. In order to power your CPAP machine, you'll need to use your device's DC charger (not included). You'll plug the lighter plug end of your machine's DC charger into the DC 12V charging port of your EXP48 Pro, and then connect the other end into your CPAP device.

Recharge On the Go

The included car charger allows you to recharge the battery kit itself while you're on the go. It doesn't connect to your CPAP device in any way. Plug it into your lighter plug adapter while you're on the road, and you'll begin recharging instantly.

What makes the EXP48 Pro Lithium Ion Battery Bank stand out from other CPAP battery options?

The EXP48 Pro Lithium Ion Battery Bank stands out due to its extended lifespan, offering up to 5,000 charge cycles, which is 10 times longer than many other batteries on the market. It can provide power for up to four nights on a single charge, charges three times faster than standard lithium-ion batteries, and is FAA and TSA compliant for air travel. This battery also features multiple charging options, including rapid-charge USB ports and a DC car charger, making it highly versatile and convenient for travel and off-grid use.

Can I use my CPAP humidifier with the EXP48 Pro battery?

Using the built-in humidifier with your CPAP machine while on battery power will drain the battery very quickly. While the battery shouldn't auto shut off or surge when using your humidifier, know that the battery will likely not be able to power a full night of therapy while the humidifier is running.

Is the EXP48 Pro Lithium Ion Battery Bank compatible with my CPAP machine?

The EXP48 Pro Lithium Ion Battery Bank is compatible with a wide range of CPAP machines, including the ResMed AirSense 11, ResMed AirMini, ResMed AirSense 10, Philips DreamStation I and II, Respironics System One 60, Resvent iBreeze, Breas Z1/Z2, and more. To connect your CPAP machine to the EXP48 Pro, you will need to use your device's specific DC charger, which is not included with the battery.

Can I take the EXP48 Pro battery on an airplane?

Yes, you can take up to two EXP48 Pro batteries with you in your carry-on luggage aboard domestic flights within the US. Each battery has a capacity of 153.6 watt hours, which is below the FAA limit of 160 watt hours per battery. The EXP48 Pro also comes with covered ports and a protective sleeve, which should help you avoid any trouble getting through airport security.

Are EXP Pro batteries eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement?

Because CPAP batteries are not medically necessary for the machine to operate, it will vary from plan to plan whether batteries like this one are eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Be sure to check with your FSA administrator to see if you can use your FSA/HSA funds on a CPAP battery like this one.
